We operate out of C-808 in the Amarpali Apartment complex over in Indrapuram. It’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building. It’s a residential area, so it’s actually a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs in Noida or Ghaziabad. We set up here because it was convenient and felt more grounded. We work on info systems, which basically means we spend our day on computers. The living room area of the apartment is where most of the desks are. It gets good sunlight in the morning, which is nice. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a small group of people who know each other well. Sometimes the neighbors come by to complain if we stay too late or make too much noise, but mostly it's peaceful. We eat our lunch in the small kitchen or sometimes go down to the local market nearby. There's always someone coming or going. The lift in the building can be slow, so we often take the stairs if we're in a hurry. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't have receptionists or anything like that. If the doorbell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets it. It’s just how we do things here. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized in our own way. It’s a simple setup that works for us and the work we do every day in Ghaziabad.
