Our office is at B-48, Sec-31 in Noida. It’s a pretty standard spot in a well-known sector. A B Jobs Mart, Noida has been around for a while now. We spend our days looking at job listings and talking to people who are looking for work. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s important. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a small area where people can fill out forms. We don’t have any fancy posters or motivational signs. We just have the work that needs to be done. Sector 31 is a good location because it’s easy for people to find us. We get all sorts of people walking in, from students to older folks looking for a change. We try to give them a straight answer about what’s available. We don't use any complicated systems. Mostly just our eyes and ears and a few spreadsheets. It’s a small team here, and we all know each other well. We have our lunch together most days. It’s not a corporate environment at all. It’s just a place where we work. We’ve been in Noida for years and seen the city change quite a bit. But our little office stays pretty much the same. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. It’s a good way to stay connected to the community around us.
