Aura Home Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is based in Noida. We started this business because we felt like there was a lot of confusion in the home solutions field. Our office isn't anything to brag about, but it’s where we get everything done. We spend most of our time talking to people and trying to figure out how to solve their house problems. Noida is a big city and it keeps us on our toes. There is always something happening outside our windows. We don't have a big marketing budget or anyone to write fancy ads for us. We just rely on doing the work and letting that speak for itself. It can get pretty stressful during the busy season, with phones ringing all the time. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using slogans. That just isn't our style. Most of us have lived in this area for years, so we know how things work here. Some days the coffee is the only thing keeping us going. We’ve had our fair share of mistakes and learning moments since we opened. It’s all part of the process. We don't try to be perfect, just practical. If you come by, you’ll see a bunch of people working hard and maybe a few piles of paper that need filing. We like keeping it simple. It's just a regular business run by regular people who know their trade. That’s enough for us.
