We’ve got our setup in Sector-50, Noida, over in S.J. Rail Nagar. It’s a fairly residential part of the city, so it’s not as frantic as the main commercial hubs, which we actually prefer. Our address is D-260, and it’s basically just a house that we’ve turned into our workspace. We do a lot of recruitment and consulting from here. Most of the day is spent on the phone or scanning through emails. It’s a casual environment. You might hear someone’s dog barking in the street or the sound of the vegetable seller passing by while we’re on a call. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. We’re just a group of consultants trying to match people with the right roles. The office has a few rooms filled with desks and filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't worry too much about having the latest furniture or a fancy coffee machine. We have a small kitchen where we make our own tea and eat lunch together. It’s a very grounded way to work. People who come to visit us usually comment on how quiet the street is. We like it that way because it lets us focus. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, we just want to do a decent job for the folks who rely on us. It’s simple, local, and honest. We just take things one day at a time.
