Asa Consultants

We've been here in Sector 21 for a while now. Asa Consultants is just a small setup in Jalvayu Vihar, Noida. It's mostly just us working from the office here, trying to get things done every day. We handle a lot of paperwork and talk to folks looking for work. Sometimes it gets a bit busy, but usually, it's just the normal routine of answering phones and checking emails. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs really. We started out because there was a lot of demand for this kind of help in the area. People come by mostly from the nearby blocks. It’s a quiet spot, which is nice for focusing. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few people who know how the local job market works. We've seen how much Noida has changed over the years. Sector 21 is a pretty established place, so we get a lot of regulars. It’s funny how word spreads around here. One person tells another, and then we have someone new knocking on the door. We just try to be honest about what we can do. If we can't help, we say so. It’s better than wasting anyone's time. Most days are spent on the computer, looking through lists or making calls to companies that might need people. We sometimes have to deal with the heat when the AC acts up in the summer, which isn't great, but we make do. It’s just part of life here. We usually eat lunch together at our desks and talk about things other than work just to take a break.
