Aegis, Gurgaon

Aegis is based out of B 617 in Kalash Dham, over in Sector 50, Noida. Even though people often associate us with Gurgaon, this is where we actually spend our days. The office is inside a residential complex, so it feels more like a home than a stiff workplace. We’ve got our desks set up and there’s usually a pot of coffee going somewhere. Working in Sector 50 is pretty convenient because everything is close by, but the traffic can get a bit much during rush hour. We deal with a lot of different tasks throughout the week, mostly administrative or support work that keeps things moving behind the scenes. It’s not a fancy glass building, but it works for what we need. Sometimes the lift takes a while, so we end up chatting in the lobby with the neighbors. We’ve got a small group of people here who have been working together for a long time. We don't really do big presentations or have high-level corporate meetings; we just sit down and get through the tasks on our lists. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, and we don't wear suits or anything like that. It’s just about getting the work done and heading home at a decent hour. Being in Noida gives us a good base, and Kalash Dham is a decent spot to be stationed for the long haul.
