Artech Information Systems in Noida. We are based in Sector 12, specifically at V-242. Noida is a busy place, especially this sector. Our office is functional. We have rows of desks and people are always on their headsets or typing away. We deal with a lot of information and staffing stuff. It is a standard building, nothing that stands out from the outside. The morning commute in Noida is always a bit of a headache with the traffic near the main roads. Once we are inside, it is just the usual office routine. We have a small pantry where we keep the kettle and some snacks. Most of the team is young and they work hard. We don't really do the whole corporate jargon thing here. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we stay back late to finish up some files. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is good because Noida gets very hot in May and June. There are a few small shops nearby where we go for lunch. It’s a practical environment. We have some whiteboards where we scribble notes and reminders. It's just a regular place where people come to do their jobs and then go home. No big speeches or fancy events, just daily work in Sector 12. We keep a stack of resumes on every desk, it seems like, and the printer always runs out of ink.
