Arrow Resources Limited

Our company, Arrow Resources Limited, is based in C 1, Abhilasha Appartment in Varanasi. It’s a bit unusual to have an office in an apartment building, but it works well for us. It’s a quiet space where we can actually get things done without too much noise from the street. Being in Uttar Pradesh, specifically in a city as old and busy as Varanasi, means there's always a lot of energy outside. But inside Abhilasha Appartment, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We handle various resources and logistics from this small base. The rooms are filled with files and some old furniture that’s seen better days. We don’t really care much for looking polished. We just want to make sure the work is finished on time. We’ve been at this location for a while, so the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. The stairs are a bit steep, but we don't mind the exercise. We usually have a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don’t use big words or have complicated meetings. We just talk across the desks to each other to solve whatever problems come up. Varanasi is a beautiful place, and we’re happy to have our little corner here to run our operations. It’s a simple, honest setup where everyone knows what their job is.
