ARADHYA GLOBAL INDUSTRIES

ARADHYA GLOBAL INDUSTRIES is over at Plot No. C-81 in Sector 2. We are right near the SBI Bank which makes it easy for people to find us. Our space is mostly taken up by supplies and machinery. It’s not a showroom. It’s a working industrial site. You’ll find us mostly in our work clothes because there’s no point in wearing anything nice here. We deal with various industrial products and parts. The street outside can get quite busy with trucks coming and going. Sometimes we have to help guide them in so they don't block the road. It’s a lot of physical work. Moving crates, checking inventory, and making sure the machines are oiled. We don't have a big corporate culture. We just talk over tea in the morning and decide what needs to be finished by evening. The heat in the summer can be tough in the warehouse but we just keep the fans going and carry on. We’ve been in Sector 2 for a while and know most of the people nearby. We don’t use fancy titles. Everyone just does what needs doing. If the floor needs sweeping, someone sweeps it. If an order is late, we all stay to get it out. It’s a simple way to run a business. We focus on the daily grind and try to keep things moving without making a big fuss about it.
