Aone Engineering Works

We are located at Plot No D-156 in the Hosiery Complex, Phase-2 Extension. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but it’s a quiet enough spot for us to get our work done. We handle general engineering tasks. This usually means a lot of machining and fixing parts for other businesses in the complex. The shop is filled with the smell of cutting oil and the hum of the motors. We have a few old lathes that still run perfectly fine if you know how to handle them. I’ve been working in this field since I was a teenager, and this shop is the result of a lot of long hours. We don’t have a big office with air conditioning. There is just a small corner with a wooden table where we keep the blueprints and the phone. Sometimes the tea lady comes by with snacks, which is the highlight of the afternoon. We aren't interested in being the most modern shop around. We just want to make sure the parts we turn out are the right size and don't have any burrs. It’s steady work. We have a small group of regular clients who have been coming to us for years. They know we don't use fancy jargon or try to sell them things they don't need. We just fix what's broken or make what's ordered. It’s a simple life and it keeps us busy.
