Adecco India Ltd, Noida

This branch of Adecco India Ltd is actually located in Meerut City, even though the name says Noida. We are situated in Civil Lines, which is right near the police station. It is a pretty well-known landmark, so people rarely have trouble finding us. The building is an older one, typical of the Civil Lines area, and it has that classic government-adjacent feel to it. Since we are so close to the station, there is always a bit of activity outside with sirens and people coming and going. Inside, we handle a lot of the local hiring and administrative work for this region. The office is full of filing cabinets and desks that have seen better days. We spend the day talking to people who are looking for jobs and trying to sort out their paperwork. It is a lot of data entry and phone calls. The commute through Meerut can be a bit of a hassle with the narrow roads and rickshaws, but we are all used to it by now. We have a small break room where we eat our lunch, but mostly we are just busy at our stations. It is not a flashy corporate headquarters, just a functional branch office in UP where we try to keep things moving. The staff here is local and we just deal with the daily flow of applicants as they come in through the door.
