We are located in A-205 at Shaurya Apptt in Sector-62, Noida. It’s an apartment-style setup, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than those huge glass towers you see nearby. Abl Executive Search is basically a small team of us working through lists and making calls. We spend a lot of our time looking for the right people for specific roles. It’s not exactly glamorous work, but it’s what we know how to do. Sector-62 is a hub for a lot of businesses, so being here makes sense for us. You get a lot of professionals moving around this area. Our space is pretty simple—desks, chairs, a few computers, and a lot of folders. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to polish our image. What you see is what you get. We’ve been at Shaurya Apptt for a while, and it works out well for us. It’s quiet enough to focus but close enough to the action in Noida. We don't promise anything crazy. We just look at the requirements we're given and try to find a person who fits. Sometimes it’s a quick process, and sometimes we have to dig a bit deeper. It’s just the nature of the job. We like the directness of it. No fluff, just searching and connecting. We show up every day and do our best to get the right names on the right desks.
