We are tucked away in Sadar Bazar over in Delhi Cantt, at 1/206/30 near the S D Mandir. Being near the temple means there’s always a bit of a crowd and some bells ringing, which gives the place a specific kind of energy. The office isn’t huge but we make it work. We handle a lot of paperwork here for Vfsglobal Services and it feels like the paper never really ends. There are stacks of folders on almost every flat surface. We have a small team and we all know each other’s business pretty much. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of people coming in at once to drop things off or ask questions. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but nobody really has the time to move everything out of the way for that. We focus more on getting the entries done right than how the place looks to outsiders. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. We drink a lot of coffee and usually someone brings in snacks from the market downstairs to share. The light coming through the windows is a bit dim because of the buildings close by but we have plenty of lamps. It is just a regular spot in a busy part of town where we come every morning to put in our hours. We don't have fancy mission statements, we just process what comes across the desk and go home.
