Our office is tucked into Ras Vihar over in the Patpar Ganj area. It’s a place where there are always stacks of folders and people clutching their passports like their lives depend on it. Working with visas and documents means we have to be pretty careful, but we’re still just regular people behind the counters. The office gets crowded early in the day, and the wait times can get a bit long, which we know is frustrating for everyone. We try to keep things organized, but when you have hundreds of people coming through, it gets a bit chaotic. We don’t have any slick marketing lines to give you. We just sit here, check the forms, and make sure everything is where it should be before it goes to the embassy. The building in I.P. Extension is pretty easy to find, but parking is always a nightmare around here. We spend a lot of time explaining the same rules over and over, and by the end of the day, our voices are usually a bit shot. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s an important one for anyone trying to travel. We’ve seen all kinds of people, from nervous students to families going on vacation. We just do our best to get through the daily pile of paperwork without making any mistakes. It’s just a busy office in a busy part of Delhi where we keep things moving.
