We are located at G-2, right by the T.B Hospital in Nehru Nagar. It’s a specific part of New Delhi, postcode 110065. If you know the area, you know it’s always moving. Our office handles a lot of the paperwork for people going abroad. It’s a lot of files, passports, and stamps. We aren't some high-flying corporate group; we’re just the staff sitting behind the counters. The building is functional. It’s not about style here, it’s about getting the documents sorted. Nehru Nagar is a busy place, and being near the hospital means there’s always a crowd outside. We get all kinds of people coming through our doors, some nervous about their trips and others just wanting to get things over with. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. The computers sometimes act up, and the printers are always running out of ink at the wrong time, but that’s just how it goes. We don't use fancy talk. We just tell people what document goes where. It’s a very practical kind of life. We've been at this G-2 spot for a while now. Most of us live nearby, so we know the local shops and the best places to grab a quick lunch. It’s just a regular office doing a regular job in a busy part of town.
