We’re over here at 382-A in the Chander Quater part of Ram Pura. It's a busy spot in Tri Nagar, Delhi, and most days the street outside gets pretty crowded with people going about their business. Being in 110035 means we deal with a lot of folks coming and going all the time. Vfs Global Servcie Pvt Ltd has been sitting in this building for a while now. Some people have trouble finding the exact door since the house numbers around here are a bit of a maze, but once you see the sign, you know you're in the right place. Inside, it's just us working through the paperwork and handling the stuff that comes across our desks. It isn’t some fancy glass tower like you see in the movies. It’s just a practical office where things get done. We spend most of our mornings getting the systems ready and checking the files. Sometimes the internet acts up because that’s just how it is in this part of town, but we manage to keep things moving. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us take our lunch breaks at the local stalls nearby because the food is better there anyway. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after the first week. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the queues don't get too long. It's a job like any other, really. Just people helping people with their forms and questions every day.
