Our office is tucked away in the RBI Enclave in Paschim Vihar. If you know where the DAV School is, we are just a short walk from there at J 94. It is a residential kind of area, which makes the whole place feel a bit more personal than a big office building. We have been working out of this spot for many years now. The team is quite small, just a few of us who know our way around a blueprint. We spend our mornings going over designs and the afternoons usually involve someone heading out to a construction site. It is not a very formal environment. You will likely see rolls of paper and coffee mugs sitting everywhere. We talk a lot about how to make spaces work better for the people using them. Paschim Vihar has changed quite a bit since we first started, with a lot more shops and traffic these days. Being near the school means it gets a bit noisy when the classes let out, but otherwise, it is a good place to think and draw. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. People find us because they saw a house we worked on or heard about us from a friend. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the structures are safe and look fine. It is a lot of back and forth with the clients, but that is just how the job goes. We like it here.
