Meera Marbles

Meera Marbles is over in New Mahavir Nagar, specifically at K-8/11-12. The easiest way to find us is to look for Metro Pillar No. 563 on the Main Najafgarh Road. We’re right opposite that. Being near the metro pillar makes it easy to give directions to anyone, but the road is always packed with cars and rickshaws and everything else. We have a lot of marble here, and it takes up a lot of room in the shop. Tilak Nagar is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always people walking by. We spend our days showing different slabs to folks who are building houses or doing repairs. It’s dusty work, and our hands are usually pretty rough from handling the stone all day. We’ve been at this Tilak Nagar spot for a good while. It’s not a super modern shop, just a place with lots of heavy marble and some old chairs for people to sit while they decide. Sometimes the noise from the metro overhead is a bit much, but you get used to it after a week. We just try to keep the stock organized, though it’s hard when new shipments come in and we have to find space for everything. It’s just us doing our thing, helping people pick out what they need for their homes without making a big deal out of it. We stay open late most days because that’s when people finish work and finally have time to come by.
