Rinox Kaufmann Ltd. is located over at K- 35 in Udyog Nagar. If you know the area, it's mostly industrial spots and small factories. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the actual work to worry about that. Inside, it’s mostly workspace and a bit of storage. We spend our time making sure everything is running like it should. Sometimes a machine breaks down or a delivery is late, and we just have to deal with it. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it works for what we need. The team here is small. We’ve all worked together long enough to know who does what. We don't bother with a lot of formal stuff. If there's a problem, we talk about it over lunch or while we're working. Udyog Nagar is a busy place, and there’s always something going on next door or down the road. It keeps us on our toes. We don't really do much advertising. Most people who know us just found us through the neighborhood or word of mouth. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure we don't fall behind. It’s just a normal workplace with people trying to earn a living and do a decent job every day. It's about getting the work done and heading home to our families.
