We're over at Iris House in the Nangal Raya business centre. It’s a bit of a maze in this part of New Delhi, but we've made 16 Business Centre our home. The office isn't huge, but it fits us. You can find tiles everywhere because that's what we deal with. We have samples leaning against the walls and stacked in corners. Sometimes it's hard to find a place to put your tea cup down without hitting a ceramic edge. It gets pretty hot in Delhi during the summer, so the fans are always going full blast in here. The traffic outside in Nangal Raya can be a headache, but we’re used to the noise by now. We spend most of our time talking to contractors or people looking to fix up their kitchens. It’s not a corporate skyscraper vibe; it’s more of a place where people drop in to look at colors. We try to keep the samples organized, but by Friday afternoon, everything usually looks a bit messy. Our team is small enough that we all know what’s going on with every order. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us answering phones and checking the inventory lists. It’s just a regular Delhi business where people work hard and drink plenty of tea.
