We are located at D 38 in Panchsheel Enclave, which is right near the Chiraag Flyover. It’s a handy location because most people know where the flyover is. Third Dimension Architecture Pvt Ltd is just a regular office where we handle the technical side of building things. The enclave is usually pretty calm, which helps when we need to focus on complicated drawings. We’ve got a small team, and we’ve all been doing this for long enough that we don’t need much management. We just get on with it. We handle the whole process, from the first sketch to the final details. Being near the flyover means we see a lot of people passing by, but inside D 38, we’re just focused on our screens and our scales. We don’t really go in for the big corporate atmosphere. Our office feels more like a workshop than a showroom. There are usually piles of site reports and permit papers sitting around. It’s the less exciting part of the job, but it has to get done. We spend our afternoons discussing different materials or looking at structural issues. It’s honest work, and we try to do it well without making a big fuss about it. Every day is a bit different depending on which project is moving faster. We just take things as they come and try to keep our clients happy with the results. It is just a group of us trying to do good work.
