We have been here on the Main Kanjhawala Road in Mangolpuri Khurd for quite some time now. Most people find us by looking for the Punjab & Sindh Bank because it is right nearby and easy to spot from the street. Our daily life is mostly about moving heavy boxes of tiles and showing different patterns to people who walk in. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we keep our stock and talk to customers about what they need for their homes. The road outside is always busy with traffic and it gets pretty noisy during the day, but you get used to it. We spend a lot of time cleaning the dust off the samples because the main road brings in a lot of dirt. It is hard work on the back, lifting those crates every day, but it is what we do. We have seen the neighborhood change over the years with more buildings going up everywhere. Sometimes people just stop by to ask for directions since we are in such a visible spot. We don't really have a big team or a lot of meetings, just a few of us making sure the orders are right and the customers are satisfied with what they pick out. If you are coming from the main crossing, we are easy to find. It is a simple, local business and we try to keep things straightforward for everyone who comes through the door.
