The Suryaa New Delhi

We’ve been a part of New Friends Colony for quite a long time now. The Suryaa New Delhi sits right here in the heart of the community, and it’s become a bit of a landmark for people living around here. It’s not just a place for travelers; we see a lot of locals coming in for coffee or just to meet up. The building has its own history and you can feel it in the hallways. Working here, you get to know the regulars and the staff who have been here for decades. It’s a lot of walking back and forth, checking on the lobby, and making sure the kitchen is ready for the lunch rush. We don't have a polished manual for every single thing; we just talk to people like they’re people. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit loud when there’s a big event, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to sell you a dream or anything like that. We’re just running a hotel in a nice part of South Delhi. The neighborhood outside is full of parks and quiet streets, which is a nice contrast to the busy work we do inside. We deal with leaky pipes, lost luggage, and late check-ins just like any other place. It’s a practical, busy life and we’re happy to be doing it right here in NFC.
