Akbar Resturant And Hotels

We are located at B-27-A in Chanakya Palace-1, right on Pankha Road in Janak Puri. It’s a very busy spot in New Delhi, and the traffic outside never really stops. We have both a restaurant and a hotel, so there is always someone coming or going. In the mornings, we are busy getting the rooms ready and starting the prep work in the kitchen. You can usually smell the spices and the cooking from the street. It’s a lot of work to keep up with everything. We don't have a fancy corporate office. It’s just the staff here, doing the cleaning, the cooking, and checking people in. Some of the rooms are a bit small, but we try to keep them clean and comfortable. We see all kinds of people, from travelers needing a bed for the night to locals coming in for a meal. Pankha Road is a loud place, but once you’re inside, it’s a bit better. We’ve been running this place for quite a while now. We have some chairs that are a bit worn out and the walls could use some work, but we stay busy every day. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just provide a place to eat and sleep. It’s a simple business, and we just take it one day at a time, serving whoever walks through the door and making sure they have what they need.
