Our office is tucked away in Room No. 102 over at 4832/24 on Ansari Road. Darya Ganj is always a bit of a whirlwind, especially with all the book shops and traffic around us. Surya Polypack Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this room for a good while. It's not a huge space, so every inch is usually filled with samples or paperwork. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or dealing with suppliers who drop by. Being in an old building means the stairs are a bit steep and the hallways are narrow, but we’re used to it by now. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually end up when things get a bit too frantic in the office. We handle a lot of poly-packing stuff, which means there’s always that specific smell of plastic around. It’s just the two or three of us mostly, managing the orders and making sure the deliveries are on track. Some days the internet is slow or the courier doesn't show up on time, and we just have to deal with it. We don't put on any airs here. It’s just a practical setup for running a business. If you’re looking for us, you have to look closely at the building numbers because they can be a bit confusing on this stretch of Ansari Road. We’re usually here until late evening, just keeping up with the daily grind of the packaging trade.
