We are located at Plot No. B 57 in the Patparganj Industrial Area. It’s a well-known spot in Delhi for this kind of work. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space for our packaging operations. We've been here for several years now. The area is always crowded with vehicles and people moving goods. We fit right in. Inside, we have our machines set up to handle the daily load. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the hum of the equipment and the sound of tape. We have a small office tucked in the corner where we handle the bills and the phone calls. Most of the time, the owner is out on the floor with everyone else. We don't really like sitting behind a desk all day. We’ve seen other businesses come and go in Patparganj, but we’ve managed to stay steady. It’s hard work, especially in the summer heat. We have some big fans, but they only do so much when the sun is beating down. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready. There’s no marketing team here. We just talk to the people who need our stuff. It’s a simple way of doing business. We know our regulars and they know where to find us.
