If you ever head over to the Kirti Nagar area, you’ll know how crowded it can get with all the industrial activity. We are based in the DSIIDC Packaging Complex, specifically on the first floor of building A-37. It’s a bit of a trek up the stairs when we have heavy things to move, but that is just part of the daily routine here at Ashton India. The complex itself is quite large and it’s easy to get turned around if you aren’t familiar with the layout. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, watching the neighborhood change around us. Our workspace is filled with the usual office stuff and plenty of samples of what we do. It isn't a quiet place by any means, as there is always some kind of noise coming from the other units in the complex. We don't really have a front desk person or anything formal like that. Usually, one of us just looks up from our desk when someone walks in. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets, trying to make sure everything is where it needs to be. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination that most people don't see. We don't bother with big slogans or trying to sound like a giant multinational. We’re just a local team trying to do our jobs right in a very busy part of the city. We just keep our heads down and work.
