Our shop is up on the first floor at A-24, Street No. 11 in Partap Nagar. It is right in the middle of the Mayur Vihar Phase-1 Industrial Estate here in Indore. Being in an industrial area means there is always noise from the neighbors and trucks moving through the lanes all day long. We do printing and imprint work here, mostly focusing on getting things through the machines without any hiccups. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but we have gotten used to moving boxes up and down them. Inside, it is mostly tables and equipment taking up the space. It gets a bit crowded when we have a big batch to finish. We do not have a big reception area or a lobby, just the workspace where all the actual labor happens. Some days the power goes out or a machine needs a bit of tinkering, which can be annoying, but that is part of running a small business in this part of town. We just handle it as it comes. The team knows the routine by heart now. We are not trying to be anything fancy, just a group of people working hard in Indore to keep the orders moving. It is practical work. Most of us have been here since we opened up in this spot, and we just keep the printers running as much as we can throughout the week.
