Sunshine Marbles Pvt. Ltd.

We’ve been running Sunshine Marbles Pvt. Ltd. for quite some time now over at B-9 in Duggal Colony. If you are coming down Main Devli Road, you can’t really miss us, especially since we are right near the United Bank in Khanpur. The shop stays pretty busy most days. We have piles of marble slabs everywhere and the floor is usually covered in a bit of white dust, which is just how it goes in this business. My cousin and I usually handle the walk-ins while the guys in the back move the heavier pieces around. It isn’t a fancy office or anything like that. We just have some chairs for people to sit while they look at the different patterns and colors we have in stock. Sometimes the traffic on Devli Road gets backed up, so it can be a bit noisy outside, but inside we just focus on getting the orders right. People from all over the neighborhood stop by, some just to ask prices and others because they are fixing up their kitchens or floors. We don't do much fancy talking here. We just show what we have, tell you the price, and figure out how to get it to your place. The yard isn't huge but we cram a lot into it. It's a lot of physical work, lifting and shifting stones all day, but it keeps us busy and the day goes by fast enough. Anyway, that’s us.
