SR Machinery

You can find SR Machinery at 2151/9, on the ground floor. We are in New Patel Nagar, and the easiest way to tell people where we are is to tell them to look for Metro Pillar No.248. The metro rumbling overhead is a sound we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We deal with all sorts of machines here. It’s a lot of heavy iron and greasy parts. The ground floor location is lucky because some of this equipment is way too heavy to move up any stairs. We have a small workspace that’s usually pretty cluttered with tools and half-finished repairs. We don't have a lot of space for a waiting room or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us with our sleeves rolled up working on a motor or a gear assembly. It’s not a high-tech lab; it’s a repair and machinery shop. We take things apart, find out why they stopped working, and put them back together. New Patel Nagar is a busy spot, and being near the pillar makes it easy for people to drop off their gear. We don't have a big philosophy about what we do. We just like machines and we know how to fix them. It’s a practical way to spend the day, and there’s always something new to look at. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
