Our office is up on the 8th floor of Jaina Tower-1, which is part of the Janak Puri District Centre. Phlox Machinery Pvt. Ltd. is the name you’ll see on the door at Office No - 825. Working in a tall building like this is a bit different from being in a noisy workshop on the ground level. It’s definitely quieter up here, though you can still hear the distant hum of traffic from the streets below. We handle the business and administrative side of machinery—dealing with various suppliers, talking to clients on the phone, and sorting out all the logistics. We have a few computers and a lot of metal filing cabinets that are usually stuffed full. It’s not a very big team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything during the day. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever to arrive, which can be a bit annoying when we’re in a rush to get somewhere. We’ve been in this specific building for several years now. We don't have a flashy lobby or any of that corporate stuff. It’s just a functional space where we get our work done. Most of our day is spent answering emails or checking on orders. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the fancy talk. If someone asks us a question, we just give them a straight answer. It’s better that way. Janak Puri is a good area for us to be based in. We just keep working.
