We are tucked away in Ac-3, Ganga Ram Vatgika, right in the heart of Tilak Nagar. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets during the day. Our shop is full of spare parts and grease. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we are used to it. The machinery we handle takes up a lot of space, so you have to watch your step when you walk in. Most of us have grease under our fingernails by noon. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a script. Usually, someone just wipes their hands on a rag and picks up. We’ve been fixing and selling equipment for a while. Sometimes the rain leaks through the front door a bit, but we just put a bucket down and keep going. Tilak Nagar is a good place for this kind of business because everything you need is just a short walk away. We know the local chai wala and the other shop owners on the block. It’s a community of people who just want to do their jobs and go home. There’s no corporate ladder here. We just have a list of things to fix and customers who need their machines back so they can run their own businesses. It’s straightforward, noisy, and honest work every single day without any of that fancy talk people use in the big city offices.
