Anand Infra Equip Llp

Anand Infra Equip Llp is based at Plot No.B-36, Vishal Enclave. We are located in Rajouri Garden, which is a very busy part of the city. We are quite near Road Number 28, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving about outside. Our office space is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of phone lines. Since we deal with infrastructure equipment, we spend most of our time talking about construction sites and project timelines. The mornings start with a cup of coffee and going through the messages that came in overnight. Our neighbors are mostly other small businesses, and everyone is generally friendly. Finding a spot to park on the street can be a real pain sometimes, especially being so close to Road 28. We have a small sign outside so people don't drive right past us. We don't have a fancy showroom to show off the equipment, it’s mostly just a hub for our operations. The office gets a bit warm in the summer, so the fans are always on. Most of us have lived in this area for a long time, so we know all the local spots for lunch. We just focus on getting our daily tasks done without much fuss. It’s a practical setup that works for the kind of industry we are in and we like the location.
