Our office is located in Somdatt Chamber I, which is right in the middle of the Bhikaji Cama Place area. We are up on the fourth floor in room B-411. It is a typical commercial building with lots of other businesses around us, so it stays pretty active during the day. We have been working as cargo agents from this spot for a while now. The work mostly involves a lot of phone calls, coordinating with carriers, and handling all the documents that come with shipping goods. It is a lot of desk work and tracking shipments on the computer. The building itself is one of those older complexes in Delhi, so it has its quirks, but it works for us. We keep things pretty simple in the office. There are a few of us here making sure the bookings are done correctly and the clients know where their stuff is. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that; people usually find us through word of mouth or because they have offices in the same building. It can get a bit chaotic when there are deadlines to meet, but we usually manage to keep everything organized. We just focus on the logistics side of things and try to stay on top of the daily changes in the shipping world. It's just a regular office doing regular work every day from Monday to Saturday.
