Our place is located at No. 37 Plot No. 358/302 in Sudhan Bhawan. If you know the Saket Metro Station, we are pretty close to that. We handle shipping and logistics stuff, mostly moving things from one point to another without making it too complicated. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking schedules to make sure things are moving. The office in Saket is where we spend most of our hours, looking at tracking numbers and talking to drivers or cargo people. Sometimes the traffic around here makes it hard for people to visit, but being near the metro helps a lot. We deal with various types of freight, mostly just making sure the paperwork is right so there aren't any delays at the borders or ports. It’s not a glamorous job, it’s actually quite repetitive. You check a list, you confirm a pickup, and you wait for the delivery notification. We’ve been at this for a bit now. The building is just a regular office space, nothing special to look at. We have a small team here. Everyone just does their part to keep the boxes moving. It’s mostly about managing the timing. If a shipment is late, we have to figure out why. We don't use fancy systems, just the usual stuff that works for us. It keeps us busy from morning until evening. We have coffee in the breakroom and just focus on the computer screens until the day is done. We usually wrap up around six.
