SIGNIFICANT STONE PRIVATE LIMITED

SIGNIFICANT STONE PRIVATE LIMITED is based in the basement of C-144 in Sarvodaya Enclave. Since we are in a basement, it stays a bit cooler than the street outside, which is nice during the Delhi summers. However, it also means we have to be careful when moving heavy stone slabs down the stairs. The office is filled with the sound of the overhead fan and the occasional rumble of a car passing by above us. We have stone samples of all sizes tucked into the shelves and corners. Sarvodaya Enclave is a quiet enough area, but our basement is a hub of activity most days. We are usually busy with phone calls or writing out orders for different sites across South Delhi. There is no corporate polish here; the walls could use a bit of paint and the chairs are just whatever was available. We focus on the stones themselves and making sure we know where every batch is located. It is a lot of physical work and the paperwork can get a bit overwhelming when things get busy. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the address and the work we do. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for stone in this specific neighborhood. It’s a practical, everyday kind of business where we just show up and handle the stone orders one by one until the day is done.
