You can find Shubham Architechs & Planners over at the District Centre in Janakpuri. We’re up on Level-2, in unit 211. It’s a busy building with a lot of different businesses, so there’s always a lot of energy in the hallways. Our office has big windows which is nice for when we’re drawing up plans or looking at models. We have drafting tables and computers all over the place. It’s a bit of a creative mess sometimes, with rolls of paper and samples of materials lying around. We don't really mind the clutter because it means we're busy. The team is small, so we all know each other well. We grab lunch from the shops downstairs most days. It’s a practical place to work. We don’t have a fancy waiting room with expensive art. Usually, guests just sit at the main table with us. It makes things feel more direct. We spend a lot of time discussing designs and trying to figure out the best way to use a space. It’s not always easy, but we enjoy the challenge. We’ve been in Janakpuri for a while and like being part of the District Centre. It’s a good spot for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the drawings. It’s simple, honest work that we do every day in our little corner on the second floor. It's been a good journey so far.
