Shree Balaji Marble Industries

We are located at Plot No. 33 on the Main Road in Jagat Puri, specifically in the West Arjun Nagar area. Being on the main road means we get a lot of eyes on our marble, but it also means dealing with a lot of noise and passing cars all day long. Shree Balaji Marble Industries has been part of this neighborhood for a while. Our space at Plot 33 is used for storing all kinds of marble slabs. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when we get a large shipment in, but we make it work. We don’t have a big corporate setup. It’s just a local shop where we know most of the faces that walk in. People from West Arjun Nagar and other nearby parts of Delhi come to us when they are building or fixing up their houses. We spend our time checking the slabs for cracks and keeping the yard as tidy as a marble yard can be. It’s never perfectly clean because of the nature of the work. We use a lot of water to show the customers the true color of the stone, so the ground is often a bit wet. We just talk to folks plainly about what we have and help them figure out how many slabs they’ll need for their floors. It’s hard work, but we like being here on the main road, right in the heart of the community.
