You'll find Midas Electronics Pvt. Ltd. up on the first floor at E-250. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s not too bad. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The space is filled with benches and lots of little components. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped with all the equipment we have, but we make it work. We have a small team here. Most of us have been into electronics since we were kids. There’s always a soldering iron heating up somewhere. We spend a lot of time looking at circuit boards and tiny wires. It takes a bit of patience, which some of us have more of than others. The lighting in here is very bright so we can see what we’re doing. We don't really have a waiting room or a front desk. Most people just walk right into the work area. It can be noisy with the fans running on the machines. We try to keep things moving along. Sometimes parts take a while to arrive, which can be frustrating. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s a busy place, and there’s always something that needs fixing or testing. We aren't much for fancy titles or corporate talk. We just like fixing things and seeing them work again. That’s pretty much our day-to-day life here on the first floor. We enjoy the technical challenges that each new day brings.
