Swayam Enterprises

Swayam Enterprises operates from D-226 in Sector 3 of the Bawana Industrial Area. Bawana is a huge place and it can be easy to get lost among all the different blocks but we have been in Sector 3 for a good while. Our building is a standard industrial plot where we manage our daily business of supply and manufacturing. The trucks come in and out of the gate all day long. It is a dusty environment out here but that is just the nature of this part of Delhi. We have a small office area at the front where we handle the billing and the phone calls. The rest of the space is dedicated to the actual work. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. Most of us just pitch in wherever we are needed whether that is loading a pallet or checking the inventory on the shelves. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out the next morning. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually get our morning snacks. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We are just a local enterprise trying to keep things running efficiently in a very competitive industrial hub. Every day brings a different challenge like a machine acting up or a delay in the supply chain but we just deal with it and move on to the next task.
