Shapzu Tiles Pvt Ltd is based out of a flat in Jasola. Specifically, we are at A1, Dda Janta Flats. It’s not your typical massive warehouse or a flashy store on a main street. We run things from this DDA complex, which makes it feel a bit more personal. Being in Jasola, we are right in the middle of a busy part of Delhi. The flats are usually full of people coming and going, so there is always some noise. We deal with tiles, but since we are in a residential area, we handle things a bit differently. Most people find us through contacts or just by knowing the area well. It’s a small operation compared to the giants, but we like it that way. We don’t have a team of salesmen in suits. It’s just us handling the paperwork and talking to clients on the phone or in person when they drop by. The space is a bit tight with all the samples around, but we make it work. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra costs of a big showroom. We focus on the tiles and making sure our customers get what they need for their renovations. It's a daily grind like anywhere else in the city, but we enjoy the local feel of the Janta Flats. Dealing with tiles from a flat has its challenges, but we've managed fine so far.
