Raunaq Flooring

We are set up on the first floor at 24/7 in Shakti Nagar. Raunaq Flooring is a bit of a smaller operation compared to the big warehouses. Because we’re on the first floor, we don’t have huge slabs of stone, but we have plenty of samples for different types of flooring. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you’re here, it’s a bit quieter than the street outside. Shakti Nagar is a busy area, and we’ve been here long enough to see the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside, it’s mostly just us and stacks of floor tiles and wooden planks. We don't have a big team of sales people in uniforms. Usually, it’s just one or two of us helping out. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and trying to figure out how much material someone actually needs. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the sample boards get a bit mixed up when we're busy. It’s not a polished corporate office. There’s usually a half-empty cup of tea on the desk and a lot of dust from the samples. We like it this way. It’s comfortable. People stop by to look at options for their homes, and we just give them the honest facts about what works and what doesn't. We just take it one customer at a time.
