Servesar Granites

Our place, Servesar Granites, is situated at Khasra No 669 in Chattarpur. We are right across from Nanda Hospital and pretty close to Tivoli Garden. It’s a well-known area, so people usually don't have much trouble finding the yard. We have a lot of stone out in the open. Granite is heavy and takes up a lot of room, so we use every bit of the space we have. It’s not a polished environment. There are stacks of slabs everywhere and the ground is usually covered in some grit. We spend our days helping people navigate the stacks to find the right color or pattern. Everyone wants something slightly different for their project. We just walk around with them, moving slabs when needed so they can see the whole piece. It’s physical work. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on being here and having stock ready. People stop by on their way somewhere else because they saw the sign. We talk about the stone, the thickness, and the price. There’s no pressure. We just show what we have. Sometimes it’s hot out there in the yard, but we keep at it. It’s a family-run kind of vibe. We’ve been in Chattarpur for a while and we know the other businesses around here. It’s just a normal day of moving stone and talking to neighbors about their building projects. It keeps us going.
