Royal Hotel Mart

We are located right in the middle of Sadar Bazar, specifically in the Basti Khatikan area. If you know Qusab Pura, you know it is always crowded and moving with people and carts. Royal Hotel Mart is our little place among all the other shops. It’s noisy outside most of the time, but that’s just how this part of Delhi is. We handle stuff for hotels and similar places, mostly utility things. It’s a lot of boxes and inventory piled up in the corners. We don't have a big showroom or any fancy displays. People come in, ask for what they need, and we go find it in the back. It is a lot of manual work and lifting. My family has been around this market area for years, so it felt natural to set up here. The building is old, like almost everything else in Sadar Bazar. It gets pretty hot in the summer and the lanes are always narrow. We just try to get the orders right and get them out the door. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the crazy traffic, but we manage. It’s a straightforward business with no polished floors or air conditioning in every room. We just know our stock and we talk to the customers who come through. It is not fancy, but it works for us. We have been here at 7747 Basti Khatikan for a long time now and we don't plan on moving anywhere else soon.
