We operate out of X-40 in Phase 2 of the Okhla Industrial Area. It’s a busy part of town and there’s always something going on outside our doors. Being in the cargo business, we see a lot of different things come through here. The warehouse space is where most of the action happens. We’ve got boxes stacked up and people constantly moving them around. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but we’re used to it. Our office is just a small corner partitioned off so we can do the billing and tracking. It’s not the quietest place to work because of the machinery and trucks, but we like the energy. We’ve been in Okhla for a long time. It’s a good spot for logistics because of the connections. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers and making sure the manifests are correct. We don’t use any complicated systems, just the stuff that works for us. There’s a lot of heavy lifting involved and everyone chips in when it gets busy. We take our breaks together when there’s a lull. It’s a straightforward kind of life. We just try to keep the shipments on track and avoid any unnecessary headaches. There isn't much to say about us other than we work hard and keep our space organized enough to find what we need. We've seen a lot of neighbors come and go, but we're still here at X-40.
