Radical Works

Connaught Place is always a bit of a whirlwind, and being at Plot No D-20 puts us right in the thick of it. Radical Works is located in one of those classic CP buildings where the ceilings are high and the walls feel like they’ve seen a lot of history. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes getting to where you need to be, but once you’re inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We have desks cluttered with chargers and notebooks, and there is usually a fan humming somewhere in the corner. Working in CP means you get used to the sounds of the traffic and the people outside, but it also means there’s always a good place to grab a quick snack nearby. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy uniform; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. Most of our time is spent focused on the screens or talking through ideas around a messy table. It isn't a polished corporate environment with glass partitions. It’s more of a lived-in space where we actually get things done. Some days are quieter than others, but there is always a list of things that need finishing. We’ve been here long enough to know which floorboards creak and which window lets in the best breeze in the afternoon. It’s just where we show up every day to do what we do.
