Our workshop is tucked away in Building No. B 59/1, right in Phase I of the Narayana Industrial Area. It’s an area that always feels like it’s in a hurry, with delivery vans and people everywhere. We focus on making toys, and if you walked inside, you’d see a lot of plastic parts, molds, and packing boxes piled up. It isn’t the kind of place where you’d find a polished reception desk. Most of the space is taken up by the machines we use every day. We’ve had some of these machines for years, and they still do the job just fine. The floor is usually covered in little bits of scrap, and there’s a constant hum of the equipment running. Our staff consists of people from the neighborhood who have been with us for a long time. They know exactly how each toy should look. We don’t spend much time on computers; we’d rather be on the floor seeing how things are going. Sometimes it gets really hot in the summer, and we just open all the doors to get a bit of a breeze. It’s a simple setup, and we don’t try to make it look like something it’s not. We just make toys and get them out the door to the shops. It’s a lot of manual work, but we like the pace. Every day brings a different set of orders to fill.
