Jaycee Cast Alloy Pvt. Ltd. is located at H.No 143 / B-4 on Gh1 Marg. We are right near the Heldi Market in Paschim Vihar. Being near the market means there is always something going on nearby, but our place is a bit more focused on the industrial side of things. We work with alloys and casting, so it’s a lot of heat and heavy materials. The building is more of a workshop than an office. We have been operating out of Paschim Vihar for quite some time. It’s a gritty kind of work, and we all end the day pretty tired. We don’t have any polished showrooms. What you see is exactly what we do—melting, pouring, and getting the casts right. The noise of the machinery is pretty much constant during the day. We have a crew that knows what they’re doing, most of them have been with us for years. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a casual visit, but for the work we do, it’s perfect. We spend a lot of time checking the molds and making sure the metal is right. Sometimes shipments are late or the weather makes it hard to work, but we just push through. It’s just a group of people doing a tough job. We don’t talk much about visions or anything like that; we just focus on the next batch. Usually, the trucks are lined up early outside Heldi Market. It is just hard work.
