Proactive Universal Trading Co.

You can find us at Plot No. 914/915 in the Arunachal Building on Barakhamba Road. This part of the city is always moving very fast, and being at number 19 puts us right in the middle of all the noise. Proactive Universal Trading Co. has a small office here where we handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls for our trading business. The building is quite old and has that specific smell of old paper and concrete floors. We have stacks of files on almost every surface because there is always something to track or a shipment to check on. It’s not a very big space for the amount of work we do every day. During the morning, the noise from Barakhamba Road drifts up through the windows, but we’re mostly focused on the computer screens and the ledgers. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few maps and a clock that is usually a few minutes fast. Most people come here to discuss various contracts or settle their accounts. It’s a very busy atmosphere and sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to get through the pile of documents. We usually grab some lunch from the vendors downstairs and eat quickly at our desks. It’s a straightforward trading setup. We don't put on a show for anyone. It is just us working through the daily logistics.
