So, we’re up on the 5th floor of D Mall in Paschim Vihar. It’s shop 545. Being on the 5th floor is a bit different than being on the ground level because people have to actually look for us. We spend a lot of time waiting for the elevators, especially when we have to move heavy tile samples around for people to see. Manu Tiling Company has been here for a while and it’s a lot of work keeping track of all the different styles we have. The office isn't huge, but we make it work. Most of the time, it’s just us talking to contractors or homeowners who managed to find their way up here to the 5th floor. Paschim Vihar is always crowded, so once you’re inside the mall, it’s a bit quieter, which is nice for getting work done. We deal with all sorts of tiles, and there’s always crates moving in and out of the storage area. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we do. Sometimes the lighting in the mall makes the tiles look different than they do outside, so we have to explain that to people. We’ve got a lot of stuff crammed into this space. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but we’re here every day. Just a bunch of regular people trying to get the orders right and making sure the inventory stays organized, even when it feels like we’re running out of room.
